Field Operations

The HoneyBadger Team is looking for an Field Operations Specialist to join our high-performing team of professionals. We are looking for like-minded individuals who display grit, integrity, hard work, and an ability to think outside the box.

HoneyBadger was founded in 2016 when we launched our first kiosk in Vancouver, BC. Today with over 220 locations nationally, we have become Canada’s fastest-growing and most reliable network of cryptocurrency kiosks. As Field Operations, you are an integral part of our business to improve efficiency and maintain smooth operations of our national kiosk fleet. You will work closely with our team to ensure our customers have a fast, functional and fearless experience.

This is a full-time, in-office position.

As a HoneyBadger Field Operations Technician you will:

Assist with managing our fleet of kiosks;

Assist with deliveries, branding & set-up of new kiosks;

Assist with general operations and strategy;

Attend to kiosk issues and servicing in the field;

Travel across Canada regularly;

Coordinate cash management;

Provide customer support via email and phone;

Defend against cyber theft & scams; and

Secure new kiosk locations.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience in servicing ATM kiosks and handling cash;
Able to juggle multiple priorities and wear many hats;

Flexible to work extended hours;
Analytical, organized and detail-oriented;
Pro-active Team-player;
Willing to travel (within Canada);
Eligibility to work in Canada and;
A valid driver’s license.

Bonus:

Experience in a start-up and/or technology company;
Interest and/or experience in the cryptocurrency/blockchain field.
