HoneyBadger’s online buying system is quick, easy, and secure – with most steps similar to buying products online or sending money to a friend.
First, you’ll need to create an account and go through identity verification (KYC), email verification, and two-factor authentication (2FA). This is to ensure maximum security for your online purchases. Once your account is created, navigate to the “Buy” tab on our online website to select what cryptocurrency you want to purchase and how much. Finally, just enter in your cryptocurrency wallet address to send your purchase to your mobile wallet.

The HoneyBadger Online Platform accepts credit card and debit card payment. We will be implementing INTERAC e-Transfer in the future.
Yes, in order to buy and sell cryptocurrencies at our ATMs, online, or through our OTC desk, you must have a cryptocurrency wallet, a digital bank account that allows you to store, send, and receive cryptocurrency securely. Your cryptocurrency wallet will have a wallet address, a 32 to 64-character-long alphanumeric string, paired with a QR code, which is a unique identifier used to receive and send cryptocurrencies.
We recommend using Blockstream Green, an industry leader with top security, but you can also search for other cryptocurrency wallets by searching online or in your app store.
Typically, you will see your purchased cryptocurrency appear in your cryptocurrency wallet within one hour, but this will vary due to blockchain confirmation times. If you do not receive your coins within 24 hours, please contact our support team at support@badgercoin.com or 1-855-499-1149.
To ensure a smooth redirection to the Bitfy payment page, disable your pop-up blocker on your mobile device or web browser. Please also be aware that Safari does not currently support the Bitfy payment site. For the best experience, we recommend using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge when accessing our online platform.
If it is your first time buying cryptocurrency through HoneyBadger, your bank may automatically reject your purchase to protect you against fraud. When this happens, your bank will send you an SMS text message to confirm that you are making this purchase. Upon confirmation, your payment should be successful. You can also try a different credit card or debit card.
